Health Coaching Pilot

Batias is proud to announce that we will be launching a new pilot project to provide Health Coaching support for people with learning disabilities and / or autism in the Essex area. This is a pilot with funding from Essex County Council which we we be delivering in partnership with SUMMIT.

This project will be aiming to support clients to ensure they get their annual health checks and attend health screening appointment, how they can be supported with their health care by having a health action plan, and hospital passport, and how they can increase their activity to improve their health and wellbeing.
