Recently our BATIAS has been successful in obtaining a grant from the Children In Need fund to support young people aged 16-18 with Keeping Safe; Keeping safe in the community, at home, on the internet, and learning to identify hate crime and abuse are just a few of the topics we cover.

The project is called ‘ Young Lives – Change‘. The aim of this project is to ensure young adults do not become vulnerable adults. We will be supporting young adults with the chance to learn about how to keep safe in everyday life.

There will be three 8 week sessions which we will invite any young people aged 16-18 to attend to develop skills to keep themselves safe.

For more information about these sessions please contact BATIAS on 01375 389869.
