How to get an Advocate
How to get an Advocate
BATIAS can provide a Formal Advocate to work with a client 1:1 on an issue, depending on the client’s location this could be free or paid.
We might be able to provide an advocate for free through a contract we already hold, or you can spot purchase a service. To find out about spot purchasing and the services we have available to purchase please follow this link.
If you are making a referral for a Southend on Sea funded person you can do so either online by following this link: Southend Referrals or by calling 01702 340 566.
If you are making a referral for an Essex funded person you can contact the Essex Advocacy Service, you can email them on: essexadvocacy@rethink.org or you can telephone 0300 7900 559.
If you wish to make a referral for a Thurrock funded person, you can contact the Thurrock advocacy service via their website on this link:
